ACCOUNT PROTECTION STANDARDS

How We Handle Your Data, Cookies, and Account Security

Our security and data practices are not marketing language — they are operational defaults we apply to every account. Here is what that looks like in practice across the four areas that matter most to US account holders.

Data Handling and Retention

We keep your account data only as long as required under applicable US financial regulations. When the retention window closes, records are deleted on a rolling schedule — not stored indefinitely.

Cookies and Session Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in across your mobile and desktop sessions. Analytics cookies are optional — you can adjust your cookie preferences from the Privacy tab in account settings at any time.

Account Security and Access

Login uses a one-time passcode sent to your registered phone number or email. If you see account activity you do not recognize, lock your account instantly from the Security section in the mobile app.

Who to Contact and How to Request Changes

Submit a formal data-access or correction request through the email form under Account Settings. We acknowledge all policy-related requests within two business days and route them to the appropriate team.

How to Reach Us on a Policy Matter

If you have a question about how a specific policy applies to your account — a data request, a dispute over a transaction record, or a question about access eligibility in your state — reach us through one of the channels below. We respond to legal and policy inquiries separately from general account support to make sure the right team handles your question.

Live Chat — Policy Queue Open the chat icon in your account dashboard and select 'Legal or Policy Question' from the topic menu. A policy-trained agent picks up from there.
Email — Data and Rights Requests Send data-access or deletion requests by email through the contact form under Account Settings. Include your registered email and the specific record or data type you are asking about.
In-App Account Settings For consent updates, marketing opt-outs, or payment-method unlinking, go to Settings, then Privacy on the mobile app or desktop dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

Common Legal Questions from US Account Holders

These are the questions we hear most often from members who want to understand what they agreed to, what data we hold, and what options they have. If your question is not here, reach us through the policy support queue in your account dashboard.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through the email form in Account Settings. Include your registered email address and specify which data categories you want — transaction history, identity documents, or both.

Access depends entirely on your state's applicable laws. We do not operate in states where online gaming is not permitted, and we do not claim a federal licence that overrides state restrictions.

Payment data tied to PayPal and Venmo transactions is stored in encrypted form and retained only as long as financial regulations require. We do not sell this data to third parties under any circumstances.

Identity documents are encrypted immediately on receipt and accessed only for compliance and account-recovery purposes. They are not shared with marketing partners and are deleted when no longer required by law.

Go to the Privacy tab inside Account Settings on the mobile app or desktop dashboard. Toggle off analytics cookies there. The change applies to your current and future sessions right away.

Updated terms are posted on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after the posted effective date means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
